1) Communication: Mark works with the agent throughout the planning stages of your event until the last note is played.

2) Insured: Most venues such as Walt Disney World, Ritz Carlton, Universal Studios, and JW Marriott require the band to have liability insurance. The Z Street Band carries multi million dollar liability insurance for any location in the U.S. Liability insurance is a must, and many bands do not carry insurance.
